I just learned this morning that Travis Barker, a former member of the band Blink 182 was in a plane crash and that he was one of 2 survivors.  4 others were killed.

Barker was transferred to a burn unit in a hospital and is listed in critical condition.  The other survivor, DJ AM, was also admitted to the burn unit and is also in critical condition.

This is such a reminder to me of the brevity of life.  These guys both have “everything” that the world can bring…but none of that matters now.  What matters now is life.  Please pray that God would bring comfort  and healing to Barker and DJ AM as they struggle for survival.  Please also remember their loved ones during this distressing time.
